Refunds:


  • COD (Cash on Delivery) refunds are provided as store credits.

  • Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, except for customized items, which are non-cancellable once confirmed.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges only for non-customized products that remain unused and in their original condition.
