Sale and Purchase of Goods:
thebanarasigraph.com’s parent company, Banarasi Silk Saree (“Seller”), agrees to sell, and You (“Buyer”) agree to purchase, goods described on the checkout window (“Checkout”) and incorporated herein by reference (“Goods”) based on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Purchase Price:
Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on this website.
The Purchase Price is attached hereto.
Payment Terms:
The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by Buyer according to the payment due date stated at Checkout.
Seller reserves the right to pursue remedies available at law or as provided herein and may seek reimbursement from Buyer for collection costs, including attorney fees, legal fees, and disbursements, if any.
Delivery:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with Seller’s shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment.
Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only, and Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver accordingly.
Goods will be packaged according to Seller’s standards and practices.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Orders shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
Customs policies vary widely; recipients should contact their local customs office for further information.
Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

Seller undertakes no responsibility for the quality of the Goods or their fitness for any particular purpose.
