At The The Banarasi Graph, we keep refunds and returns simple and hassle-free.
Return Requests:
You can initiate a return within 3 days of delivery through WhatsApp by sharing your order number, product photo, and reason for return.
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only for unstitched sarees, stoles, and dupattas that are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that sale items and customized products are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us via email at contact@thebanarasigraph.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or help you choose an alternative product.
Refunds:
COD (Cash on Delivery) refunds are provided as store credits.
Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, except for customized items, which are non-cancellable once confirmed.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges only for non-customized products that remain unused and in their original condition.
